Here's what Henry was doing...
Breastfeeding 8-9 times per day
Napping 4 times per day
Sleeping in his Crib Overnight 12 hours, up for 2 Feedings
4 through 5 Months
6:00 Wake and Breastfeed
6:30 Nap with Daddy
6:00 Breastfeed and Bed
Night time Breastfeeds x 2 around 12-1 a.m. and 3-4 a.m.
During his 4th month, Henry started napping in his crib. Once he had that down, he got on a pretty solid nap schedule. That first morning nap was our "rule breaker" nap. He would be up by 6:00. I would change him and feed him and take him over for a sleep extension in our bed. Everything I read said absolutely not to ever do that, but it worked for us.
